ONLINE THERAPY FOR WOMEN IN TEXAS

Guiding You Through Life's Seasons of Change

Noticing your thoughts is one part of understanding yourself. But what about the emotions that are harder to name, the physical responses you don't always recognize, or the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships?

My approach brings curiosity to all of it. Together, we'll explore what you're experiencing, question familiar perspectives, and make room for what you may not have considered before.

THERAPY & SUPERVISION

The setting may change. The intention doesn't.

Whether we're meeting online, walking outdoors, or working together in supervision, what remains consistent is my commitment to creating space for honest conversations, new perspectives, and work that matters.

How I Work

Making Room for Curiosity

I don't believe therapy has to feel formal or overly clinical. I show up as myself, and I want you to feel comfortable doing the same. There's room for humor, difficult conversations, and saying the things you haven't quite figured out how to say.

I'm collaborative, but I'm also direct. I'll listen, ask questions, share observations, and sometimes challenge you when I notice something worth looking at more closely. I'm not here to tell you what to think or simply agree with everything you say.

Some sessions may feel productive and clear. Others may feel uncomfortable, messy, or uncertain. That's part of the process. We don't have to force an answer or rush toward a solution to do meaningful work.
